Massive Attack is an acquired taste in music. Their lyrics are by no means mainstream and their based guitar and drum rolls are dark and artistic.
It’s been 7 years since their last album and Heligoland is strangely similar to the last.
Songs to look out for are: ‘Pray for Rain’ which is the most likely song to make it to the air waves and ‘Babel’- which has a drawn out drone, which can be related to other indie bands.
Overall we like it. It’s definitely not a chart topper but it is very unique.
