Matchbox Twenty - North

It has been a decade since Matchbox Twenty released a new studio album but better late than never I always say.

The band had a productive two-year writing and recording session which led to them coming up with over 60 ideas. Producer, Matt Serletic, helped the group weed through those ideas to produce the 12 songs that make up the album "North".

Guitarist Paul Doucette told Billboard.com that they decided to make the new album after they got mentioned on 'Parks and Recreation' and 'The Simpsons' in the same week.
