The Queen of Pop is attempting to hold onto her reign with her 12th studio album but sadly, this album strays too far away from Madge's familiar territory. It pays more homage to club-pumping beats than to Madonna's usual sound style which is disappointing.
For me, this album lacks that lyrical appeal that made you want to hit "repeat" after a Madonna track played on your mp3 player but it some drance tracks are what you're after - this is one for you!
