Surfer blood’s Afro coast is not the most mainstream of music.
It requires a more acquired taste. But if you grew up listening to 90’s music and enjoyed rocking out to semi- depressing tunes then Surfer blood might just be your thing!
The album is a steady mix of soft rock and punk tunes that’s lyrics seem to all be based around one theme. Mainly to boredom of ‘normaldom’. However you may enjoy songs like ‘Twin peaks’ or 'Swim'.
In short, if you are tired of listening to the same stuff all the time and want to try something different then try this one.
